Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent, so let's go for a walk.

Today I want to talk about one of the hardest parts of fitness.

I talk often about how hard fitness is, getting started is hard, sticking with it is even harder. If it were an easy thing,

everybody would be out doing it because most people understand the benefits of making a commitment

to exercise, making a commitment to fitness, to moving more and sitting less.

I mean, you can't, you can't not be on social media or any form of media without occasionally

seeing articles extolling the virtues of exercise, the long-term benefits of exercise, the right-now benefits of exercise.

So we're aware of it. It's not, people are not, not doing it because, well, nobody told me.

People are not doing it because it's hard. It's hard to get started. It's hard to stay with it. And I talk about that all the time. You're doing a hard thing. You are doing a hard thing when you make the decision to open that door and go for a walk. Not the first time. I mean, the first time is hard, but you're making a decision to do a hard thing every time. I know there are times when it's like, oh, this is easy.

The weather is great.

Well, actually, it is.

Because to reach that point, you had to endure all those days when you weren't

weather is turning cooler, those who, for whatever reason, over the summer, pushed pause, are now considering a restart.
