Today's walk is helping you stay fitness consistent, so let's go for a walk.

Walking is fantastic exercise. If we are consistent, a single walk, while enjoyable and fun and beneficial. All movement according to the experts has

benefits. It might sound like it's raining. I'm actually walking past sprinklers. Sounds like rain.

It's not. It's actually a beautiful morning as I look around at the sky. There is not a cloud

anywhere. Rain is not part of today's forecast. Walking is

wonderful. Even a single walk has benefits according to the expert because we're not sitting.

Getting up and moving and breaking up the sitting is a good thing. But when we make a commitment to walk every day and we walk at the same time,

you might actually still be walking at the same time in the same manner that you

began. And for some, that's perfectly okay. But there are others who, not so much. And you
