Summary

In today’s episode, we’re diving deep into a topic that touches all of us—death and grief. I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately about how to handle the loss of loved ones, so I felt it was time to talk about it openly. I’ll share my personal experiences with losing people close to me, the lessons I've learned along the way, and how we can all better cope with the inevitable. We’ll explore the idea of memento mori—remembering that we’re all going to die—and how this can actually bring more urgency, meaning, and joy to our lives. Join me as we talk about how to work through grief, why it’s important not to rush the process, and how to use the awareness of death to live life to the fullest.
