So if you were ever considering moving to Austin, one thing that you might think about

is the fact that there are about nine allergy seasons a year here.

A lot of people don't know that, and they move here, and then it's 105 degrees, and the

allergies come every, I don't know, two months, six weeks, something like that.

Anyway, I am feeling fine, but just a little stuffy so apologies for that.

Over that you're doing well today, and that you're feeling good, and that you don't have

any allergies, and today I'm gonna talk about the power and importance of reflection,

because we are in a world where everything is always moving so fast, and content and

particular, things that we see online, even in professional situations, things that have

the depth and the patience that they had at one time.

Also if you look at something like a relationship or a friendship, we feel those things typically

with a lot smaller, more surface level and disposable type of experiences and conversations,
