So I want to jump into a couple things.

So I wanted to just share with you a quick little story because what I'm hoping is happening is that you're starting to perceive what's possible, right? We talked about on Monday that there are so many reasons to create a podcast, but the biggest thing that I hope that you got was that doing the podcast is the reward because of who you become by having these heart-centered beautiful

conversations because of how much you grow by having a podcast because of how much you can contribute

to the world by having a podcast and then yes incredible things happen but you know often in life

when your intention is for the thing that's actually going to matter, then that's when all of the

awesome other stuff happens.
