0:44.5	stressing about Christmas? Are you doing some of the stuff we talked about last week? About taking on
0:50.0	something more, taking on something less, giving more, giving less, reading more, reading less.
0:55.3	I'd love to hear from you if you're doing any of those things and how it's going for you.
0:59.7	So for us here, I'm pre-recording this song. We're not quite in the thick of Advent yet.
1:05.9	But I am just really looking forward to the simplicity of this season because I'm taking my own advice
1:13.3	and I am letting go of a lot of things that I typically do that no longer matter. I'm going to
1:20.1	report after the fact. So sometime in the new year, we'll have kind of like an assessment that's
1:25.3	not just advent related, but life related. Like the importance of letting go of some things, like letting go of activities and assessment that's not just advent related but life related like the importance of letting
