So why don't narcissists ever tell you what you did wrong to them? Like when a narcissist is mad at you and they're screaming at you and yelling at you and you ask them, what did I do wrong? Why are you yelling at me? Why are you so angry at me? Why are you giving me this silent treatment? And they don't tell you the answer. Why is that? That's what we're talking about today y'all. And she was just like,

the one thing

one of the things that frustrates me the most or frustrated me the most while I was in this

toxic relationship was the fact that he would flip a switch and be angry at me and would never

tell me what I did wrong. I just

could not get the answer out of them and like he would leave and he would go cheat. He would

just be angry and then he would do a couple days later or the next day he would pretend like

nothing happened and they would frustrate me and I was just like okay what did I wrong? So I won't do the same thing again. And when I asked him, you know what he said to me when I asked him, Lee? I was like, let me guess. She's like, you're going to guess? I'm like, yeah, let me guess. He said, you should know what you did wrong. If I have to tell you, then you won't ever learn on your own. She's like, y'all, she got silent. She was on the Zoom. Her eyes got like, literally her eyes did this. She's like, do you know my husband? I'm like, I am your husband. Now, I'm joking. Um, now, but seriously, I told it straight up. I was like, look, I know the mind of a narcissistic person.

Like when I'm doing these one-on-ones over Zoom, or even when I'm making my regular videos, like this one, I put on what I call my narcissist's hat. And I just go deep into the mind of a narcissist. Right. I just start thinking about certain things. I'm like, this is what a narcissist would do. This is what a narcissist would say. and one of the main things that they don't do,

they don't tell you what you did wrong because that benefits them. is what a narcissist would do. This is what a narcissist would say. And one of the main things that

they don't do, they don't tell you what you did wrong because that benefits them.

That's one of the simplest ways I can put it out. It benefits them directly to not tell you

what they have done wrong, to not tell you what you have done wrong. This way, they can prolong prolong the anger the fake anger that they have

towards you right they can prolong it right they can prolong the anger longer and they can do what

they want to do they can go out say what they want to say do what they want to do and act a

complete monkey right they can do all this stuff act a complete monkey with everything that's going on and then just try to go about their day like nothing happened and then do it again. And then they can do it again. And that right there frustrates a lot of people too because they'll do it again. I know y'all like, damn, this is crazy. This is crazy, this is here. like they're gonna do it again yes they will absolutely do it again they will tell you straight up that you they won't tell you what you've done wrong but they'll do the same thing over and over again and this leaves you in this state of denial this state of trying to change something that you don't know what to change and guess who that benefits the narcissist right that benefits them directly it benefits them directly to not tell you

what you've done wrong this way they can pretend to be angry all the time and they can get away with it

over and over again and because you don't know what you've done wrong you are

consistently guessing right you're always guessing what you're like I got to change this
