Summary

Want to know why most agents fail while others make achieving massive success look easy? Take two agents who are doing all the same things. One of them is grinding nonstop and can’t seem to catch a break. The other doesn’t work weekends and always has a packed lead pipeline.    It’s not luck. Systems are the reason why most agents fail and others succeed. Bad systems produce bad results. Great systems make success inevitable.    In this episode of the Tom Ferry Podcast Experience, Tom breaks down the 14 systems that every real estate agent has in their business, whether they realize it or not. He’ll show you what it takes to fine-tune every aspect of your business, get out of a rut, and guarantee a more profitable future.    The reason most agents fail is that they’re not conscious of this stuff, so watch the episode now and get ahead of it.    Now, what if you could refine and perfect all of your systems and plays over just 3 days? There’s only one event to make that happen. The Success Summit happens August 26-28 in Dallas, Texas. Get your ticket now! TomFerry.com/Summit
