Companies have kind of refrained from making a lot of investment.

And I think where companies have been able to cut those entry-level roles and replace with AI, quite often they have.

Data Centre's broadly good. I think we've got ways of doing things in a much more sustainable way.

And what do I think it means for Greater Manchester?

Obviously, AI is going to rely very heavily on some of that stuff.

I kind of see Manchester a bit more as a workhorse.

I think we've got a very diverse sector, which I think is another reason it's been so successful.

Whilst one part of the sector is struggling, another part is growing and thriving.
