in some cases you have to make a really positive effort to have a diverse workforce to encourage

and then bringing more women to those teams it's really difficult to imagine yourself doing something if you can't see someone else in front of you doing that and inspiring you.

I think it has got a lot better.

In the years that I've been working in venture capital, we certainly have many more female founders that come from heavy STEM backgrounds now.

Quantum computing is super exciting because the ability to just do certain calculations

that just cannot be done today and be able to simulate new materials, new drugs.

That's a really exciting area.
