The closest to him is the one who tried his or her best

To be close to him if you try to get closer to Allah Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala tells us that he will be even closer to you

Then your child and this is why in a Hadith good see which means a Hadith where the Prophet's Allah

Ali who was sent him is narrating what Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has said

Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says whoever comes to me walking I come to him rushing

In in the same narration it starts off by saying whoever comes to me a handspan I come to him an entire foot

and this goes to show that if we make an effort to get closer to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

We will always find that Allah will be closer to us than our own trial

May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala grant us closeness to him and may he be close to us too

This having been said if you take a look at revelation and the Quran in particular

You will come to realize that the stories that are mentioned in the Quran are not only connected to the prophets of Allah

But Allah has selected certain worshipers of him to be mentioned in the Quran who were perhaps unknown and who would have been

Absolutely unknown to us had they not been made mention of by Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

For example, look man the wise may Allah's peace and blessings be upon us all upon him and upon all the messengers of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

He was a wise man

The narration say he was an African from Africa and noba meaning from Sudan

And what was it?

There was so great about him that mention was made of him and his advice to his son in the Quran
