So I'm fresh off of a good stress book launch event at Love Life's flagship center here in Southern

California and this place is ridiculous it's a 45,000 square foot temple to

vitality featuring hyperbaric chambers red light therapy coal plunges a massive

sauna a state-of-the-art gym, hickleball courts,

and yes, of course, an incredible restaurant. It's like Disneyland for biohackers.

But before we dive into John's latest venture, we take a step back.

So John has really long been a role model for me and many of my

entrepreneurial friends, someone who found a way to emulsify what often feels like opposing

forces, idealism and entrepreneurship, spirituality and capitalism, profit and purpose.

So we talk about what it really means to build a conscious company,

how to maintain a culture at scale,

and why love, yeah, love, not fear should guide corporate leadership.

We explore the pitfalls of entrepreneurship, the relationship

between mortality, awareness, and risk-taking, and what it means to let go after selling a company
