Well, well, here we are.

Episode one. Well, well, here we are, episode one of Let It Be Easy Podcast.

I am starting this podcast with an explanation as to why I've created it and why I'm

launching it now. As I've shared with people in my community I've been asked about

having a podcast for many years and it's

never felt like quite the right time until now. In fact, it was the release of my book, let it be easy, the feedback that it received, and what I believe I'm seeing about a quiet but steady and organic revolution of ease happening

particularly amongst women that I thought that's it I'm joining the conversation, I'm in, my podcast is going to be the place where I

engage with you, where I take your questions, where I share what's on my mind, and we keep coming

back to this concept of ease. I want to tell you a funny short story early this year in the years of 2022 I shared a

speaking stage with a lovely author who you probably know Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Epray Love and Big Magic.

And her and I had the juicest conversation backstage.

And we were talking about what it means

to be a woman in these times and how we describe women.

And there are a couple of chapters in former books

that I've written, that I was sharing with her,

we were having a good old giggle,

and her and I was saying you know what was we describe what was to

we used to describe women that we look up to and you know we hear them all the

time you know fierce fearless passionate strong

badass there are lots of ways we describe you know the modern woman who's doing it all, letting it all in, you know, just totally

rocking life.
