It's James White.

James White, as Devin McCordy would say say during a Super Bowl victory parade in downtown Boston.

Three-time Super Bowl champ, someone who knows Josh McDaniels very well.

He is the one offensive coordinator that James White played for throughout his career from 2014 as a rookie where he really didn't play.

And we talk about that a little bit in our conversation.

He wasn't able to get on the field all that much.

Shane Vareen ahead of him in that spot, so he had to grind away.

He had to earn a spot from Josh McDaniels.

So we're getting into all things McDaniels in terms of how difficult it is to play for that guy

because he is, I don't think he is going to be your idea of a modern day, quote unquote, NFL coach, who's going to soft pedal things, who's going to put his arm around you 24-7 and tell you it's all going to be okay.

He's going to be demanding.

He's going to coach you hard.

His expectations are going to be high and you better deliver if you hope to contribute. We're also going to talk

about his offense, specifically about the transition from one offense, a West Coast based

offense with Alex Van Pelt to another and how difficult that might be in terms of the language

for guys like Drake May

and others who were here in New England last year.

And we're going to get his take on the Super Bowl as well, and specifically the Chiefs,
