My name, well, my name is always Brent Daniels, but today the show is centered around getting deals that are on market or from real estate agents. And this is, oh my gosh, to do this right,

the ROI on your efforts is absolutely bananas, right? If you're starting out or you just don't

want to have a big marketing budget and you want the the hustle season you want to

be building this big referral network you know just really really really adding deals to the bottom

line and and an income to your bottom line so that you could take it home to you and your

family. This is the show for you. And I have nobody better in the country to talk about this

than Mr. Agent Investor himself, Ryan Zolan. Ryan, how are you, brother? I'm good, man. I'm very

excited and thankful to be here. I appreciate

you having me on. Why the heck would you get deals from agents and the MLS? That's insane. I mean, what are we doing? Like, we all, the best deals are out there that nobody knows about. Like, what are you doing? Why, why punish yourself? It's if you don't want to spend a bunch of money every single month. That's actually how I got into this strategy was that I was spending

thousands and thousands of dollars a month in marketing. And unfortunately, I think like a lot of people in the business, they don't have a plan in a business. And so I struggled. I ran out of money. I depleted my savings. And so I went back to the tool on the tool belt that was me being a licensed realtor. And I started writing offers on the MLS and found that it actually doesn't cost any money at all. And so that's what I just started doing. And over the last six years, this has been my primary focus and business model. So wait a minute. Do you have to have a license to do the strategy? No, you don't. It just is more profitable, which I'll cover today.

But everything that we do without a real estate license is not in the form of representation,

meaning you don't need a licensed real estate agent to represent you.

You don't need a real estate license to find these deals.

You could just make more money when you have the license and access to the MLS.
