We're going to answer the question today.

Why does there seem to be a sudden uptick in interest in Bible prophecy and eschatology?

In eschatology. Well, this topic that Jeff and I love so much here in the Prophecy Prose podcast is our passion.

It's in our blood, man.

We cannot get it out of us.

It's just part of who we are.

And it seems like to a

lot of people, this is a sudden interest. You know, it's kind of a recent study in the area of

systematic theology, relatively speaking to the whole church age. So that's some people's perception.

There's some truth to that. I think people have studied it since first centuries. But Jeff, I'll

set you up first.

Just let's talk about Daniel chapter 12. There's a couple spots where the angel tells Daniel

to steal up these words of this book until the time of the end. So let's talk about that

because I've heard some people reference that. And I've even looked at it this way. That that means

an understanding of prophecy

will kind of be opened up at the time of the end, and maybe that's why there's such a sudden

interest. But let's take a closer look at that and that question in general. So first, what do you

think about that in Daniel chapter 12? Well, I would say from a surface look at it, it kind of seems that way because, and let's just acknowledge the elephant in the room here, there is right now a simmering, growing interest in Bible prophecy all across the body of Christ.

Now, obviously, you and I see that because we're traveling around, we're talking to people,

and that kind of thing.

So there is a huge issue.
