If you watch the news, if you're on social media, I'm sure you've heard about this Hanta virus outbreak.

Started on a small cruise ship in the South Atlantic. Three people have died.

We are monitoring people scattered across a dozen countries who may have been exposed to this.

World Health authorities, American Health Authorities have been very clear.

You don't need to panic.

This is not a red alert pandemic situation or anything like that.

On the other hand, this is a serious disease.

It is a fatal disease. It's a scary disease.

We want to give you the facts so you can follow this

story and do so with a clear mind and understanding when to worry, when not to worry. And we have

the perfect guest for that. Caitlin Janelina is an epidemiologist. If you're on Substac,

She is also a former consultant to the CDC.

She is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best people I know at explaining things

simply, calmly in a way that doesn't make you unnecessarily panicked or
