So many of you have had conversations with me about why in the world Britney Spears is still fighting out this conservatorship and today I'm going to break down why Britney Spears is still in court over this conservatorship and a bit of what went down in court on July 27.

To watch it all with my eyes listen with my ears to the arguments going down in court because though the conservatorship is over and though as Britney's attorney Matthew Rosengart said after this hearing Britney is a free woman who is making her own independent decisions.

There is still a very big fight going on over who's paying for what and where and what happens next so this is a very law nerdy episode because it is so much law that happened at this last hearing we're going to go through everything that was decided what got put over what it all means and what's coming next because we are quite a ways away from this conservatorship in court being complete.
