Today we are talking about what's going on in the rust shooting.

Last week we saw reports coming out from ABC that the FBI has actually completed

their forensic evaluation and we saw the coroner actually state a cause of death for

Helena Hutchins in the shooting fatality on the movie set of rust.

The gun, of course, being held by Alec Baldwin.

I have broken down this case a couple times and his statements,

but it's time to take a look not just at what's going on in the criminal investigation

from new reports. What happened with the workplace safety investigation?

I will probably say it wrong a million times.

Emily, how many times will you say OSHA?

Probably too many, but that's not what it is in New Mexico.

It's the occupational health and safety bureau.

There is another lawsuit that came during the deferred suit that we haven't had a chance

to talk about yet with relation to the rust shooting.

So today we're going to look at the criminal investigation.

What was found in the occupational health and safety investigation?

And what's going on with all of the civil lawsuits?

There's a lot happening and there's a lot of new information from that health and safety

investigation. I'm really interested to dive into that.
