Why is posting on social media so hard?

Do you find yourself thinking that every time you sit down to write a post?

I feel you.

It was hard for me to, until the social curator team and I came up with an easy formula

to write your captions and get this.

We created an easy way to get followers to engage with them.

This chat is from a recent Facebook Live that is all about making posting on social media

easier, faster, and more effective.

Here's the thing, if you've been around the blog with me, you've probably heard something

similar.

But studies show and science proves that the average human mind has to hear something

seven times over before a person even has an opinion about it.

Not whether or not it's right or wrong, it's just an opinion.

What do I actually think about this?

So if you have not heard what I'm about to say seven times over, darling, I don't know
