Recently I told JD that I felt burned out.

We were doing big things in our business and that takes big energy to bring it to fruition.

Okay, can I get a witness about the bigness of life and sometimes the bigness it requires?

As much as I wanted to push through, I really was like, we're aiming towards our dreams,

this is what we need to do.

Listen, I knew I had to take a break.

But maybe like me over the years and in the past, maybe you continue to burn the candle

at both ends.

I have been there way too many times.

But over the years, I have learned to rest and not quit.
