0:57.3	So I've been looking a lot at partnership in relationships, and I really value a lot of the work that
1:05.1	you've been doing on your podcast as well as on your membership. And so right now, the struggle that I'm having is kind of looking at a balance between
1:17.7	creating a partnership with my husband, as well as letting both of us have our desires
1:24.4	and needs met.
1:26.5	And so my question is,
1:29.5	if we're both striving for a partnership marriage
1:32.7	and my husband is taking on a lot of household responsibilities
1:36.5	and task to help with our children,
1:40.2	why is it hard for him and I to make a mutual decision
1:43.9	about where to move after his Ph.D. program?
1:49.0	Because he is the one who has earned his Ph.D.
1:52.4	And I am the stay-at-home provider.
1:55.0	So shouldn't he have more of a say and where we go?
1:58.8	Gotcha. Okay. So in a lot of ways, you have a partnership,
2:02.2	but somehow when it comes to where to live after he's done,
2:08.3	that's just his decision alone.
