breath and take a little bit of a break, although it didn't end up being much of a break,

and I will tell you why. But before that, I wanted to catch you up on a little piece of news that

you may be wondering.

If you were waiting with bated breath for Kat Armstrong's episode, which I announced in the last

episode, she is no longer able to speak with me until later this fall.

She's in the middle of editing a book slash writing a book.

And she emailed saying she was so sorry.

And because of what's on her plate

in this season she has to say no to things that she really desperately wants to do. So I understand

and I know you understand and we're not mad about it. We will talk to Kat later this fall when she

has a little more margin. I have not talked to you guys since May. So I hope you had a beautiful month of

June. I know it was a much needed break for me. And what I thought I was actually taking a break
