It sounds like a bit of a bitchy episode title, doesn't it?

Why I never wish anyone good luck.

Makes you seem like a bit of a scrooge.

I'm holding all the luck for myself.

But my friends, it is the opposite.

You will not hear me wish somebody good luck.

Why? Besides the fact that luck isn't something that I believe exists. I do believe in divine

timing and grace and magic but luck no unless we're talking about

a lottery ticket luck isn't something I depend on nor care about but that's not why I don't wish it to others. The reason I don't wish it to

others is twofold. Number one, I will look at someone in their strength, and that, a person living in their strength, doesn't require luck.

They just need to be themselves. They are enough. Luck is unnecessary. But secondly and

most importantly, when we say good luck, it feels like to me we're going to war or something it makes

something feel so heavy so serious it makes it makes it all just seem so high

stakes or good luck good luck, like, oh, we have no idea how this is going to go.

May some esoteric force shine its light upon you because luck is what you need.

That is not what I'm

know people say, they're not what I'm about.

And I know when people say it to me,

they mean it in a loving way,

and I appreciate it, I take it.

But I say something else. Can I tell you but I say something else can I tell you what I say oh this feels so much
