Oh, regret, regret, regret.

I, if you're in self-coaching society,

you know that we speak a lot about regret-proof in your life.

In fact, I wanted that to be the subtitle of Let It Be Easy.

Ways to Regret Proof Your Life because it's often when we throw up blocks.

We welcome stress. We resist life happening, we resist other people's behavior, it's really

calls for misery, it's the opposite of ease, and it creates a lot of regrets later right because we've realized how we're using our emotional energy

Every single day towards things that aren't helpful that aren't constructive that aren't to the benefit of us achieving our own dreams and desires.

So regret proofing my life is something that I love to think about and when I even look

back at my life now, look, I've made some mistakes.

I've caused some problems in my family.

I was, of course, as you know, divorced in my early 20s.

If you follow my work for a while, know that but if I really think about it like I've had

I've had actions and behavior that I'm not proud of at certain moments absolutely

especially when I used to have a lot more anger in my life before I work through it.

I can tell you that besides a couple of maybe small things, so for example I regret not speaking

up at a friend's wedding, giving, saying a few words that were really in my heart.

I kind of regret one fun experience

that I didn't take with friends,

but these aren't major regrets.
