Okay so listen I went to Europe right and we were just vibing. I mean, like, what a beautiful place. We went to Paris, we went to London, and immediately, I noticed that I was able to eat without getting bloated, without getting heartburn.

You know, I tend to have a very sensitive stomach.

Then I noticed it was all different types of variety of foods as I started playing around

and sort of exploring if I can eat this or eat that some of those foods being like a little bit of gluten, right?

Maybe I don't eat too much sugar, but maybe I'll have this dessert and maybe the dessert has a little bit of gluten, right?

There was a little bit of feta cheese and one of my salads.

I say, okay, let me, I have a little bit of it, you know?

And interestingly enough, the foods that I know would affect me here in the States, and I'm talking about it affect me,

I know a lot of you know what I'm talking about. A lot of you can feel into this. Those foods are just,

they can, they could destroy your belly for the day or and eat sometimes the next day, but then you go to another country and you eat those foods and you feel fine.

And for me, gluten is the killer. I know I've identified this many years ago. My skin starts becoming inflamed my psoriasis inflamed. My belly hurts, I get brain fog. All of these things happen when I'm eating too much gluten.

But for you, it might be dairy.

For you, it might be certain vegetables, like tomatoes or something.
