I'm really grateful for the opportunity to sit down and chat again.

Yeah, it's the first time we've talked in a while.

We've communicated a little bit on social media and following each other through

to different social media apps.

But I really wanted to have the opportunity to have you back on the podcast,

specifically about something you did this summer.

And it was hiking the long trail.

Tell us a little bit about that experience, because I have my own personal story of

starting out, and I think that we had similar experiences on that trail.
