0:51.7	The Supreme Court answered that question Monday with a resounding yes.
0:56.2	There are three flag polls outside City Hall in Boston, two are used for the American
1:01.3	flag and the Massachusetts state flag.
1:03.8	But the third is reserved for private organizations and groups to use when they conduct events
1:09.9	in front of Boston City Hall.
1:12.3	For over a decade, the city has approved 284 flag raising events according to NBC News.
1:19.8	Then a Christian organization called Camp Constitution asked for the Christian flag to be flown
1:25.9	in front of City Hall during an event that included clergy giving speeches on the city's
1:31.3	history.
1:32.3	The city turned the group down, saying flying the Christian flag would equate to state
1:36.9	endorsement of Christianity.
