0:15.4

Heather, and I am thrilled to be here with you today, and we're going to get a chance to talk to

0:19.5

Eleanor. She was somebody who

0:21.8

participated in my last workshop from sabotage to success. And she's going to share how she didn't

0:29.7

know that her mind was actually creating the kind of day she was going to have. The day was being

0:36.9

created by the story of, oh, no, you can't go for your walk

0:40.6

this morning. Today is going to be horrible. Today is not going to be a good day. And then strangely,

0:45.8

it was a bad day. And we talked a lot about this in the workshop that our mind creates a story.

1:25.1

puts us in a position where, of course, we're going to self-soothe with food

1:28.9

or alcohol because we feel like everything in our life is out of control and there's nothing

1:35.1

for us and there's no time for us and we can't do anything we want to do and it's just a very big whirlwind

1:41.3

of emotions that then creates some problematic behaviors. So after you get a

1:46.9

chance to listen to Eleanor, and of course, we've been talking to people from the, from Sabotash's

1:52.0

success. We talked to Kate back in 733, Brett 734, and Monica 735. And as you're listening to

1:59.2

this, if these stories are resonating with you and you're
