Today we are going to talk toica all about her experience in the last

from sabotage to success workshop she had a huge transformation in a couple ways one she had noticed

that she was comparing herself to someone else and hearing how they lost weight, their calorie targets, what they

got to eat in a day. And her lower brain just went all kinds of bonkers about how that's not

fair. How come it doesn't work like that for you? And she caught it in the moment, kind of like

catching a butterfly. She caught it in the moment and said, wow, this thought

could have unraveled my whole day, could have put me on a negative downward trend where all

the sudden nothing matters. Why am I even trying? All these other people have it so much easier than

I do. This is difficult. She turned it around. She got on. She shared about it during the

workshop. And then she had another massive breakthrough with medical fear. And this is the other thing.

I always talk about my thinking leads to eating series, which you have to keep in mind.

Many of the reasons we eat, I wish it was just hunger because these GLP1 medications

would be the answer to everything, right? If it was just because we were hungry. I have clients

on GOP1 medications that still eat for reasons that are not hungry. As a matter of fact,

they will know that they feel full on a GOP1 medication and they will continue to eat past that.

So I wish it was just that simple. I wish it was just about that. But I also see another aspect of this,
