Summary

What we are seeing now with the crack-up between Trump and the online Right is populism coming full circle. On today’s free-for-all roundup of news, I show how when you have no soul, principles, and forward-looking agenda, you just land in the same place. We are worse off in terms of corporatism in the GOP than we were even 10 years ago. We have a lost decade in primaries. The online crowd might be upset with Trump over Epstein, but they will never channel that dissent into anything useful. There is no long-term plan to build enduring victories on a single issue. Also, I go through the harms of AI data centers and how the entire premise is built on a misunderstanding of the utility of artificial intelligence.  Learn more about your ad choices. And now we're waking up, realizing 10 years later, that populism does nothing, but land you in a circle, go around in a circle and land you in the same place that you started in,
