Good morning you guys and welcome to another mornings with the masters where we devote ourselves

to the Lord daily with you.

Today we are in New Morning Mercies but we're going to do it a little bit different because if you

very bottom it says for further study and encouragement and have a scripture

so we're going to start with the scripture today. It's 2nd Peter 3 8 through 9 if you want to get your Bible out and I'm actually getting out a new Bible

Chindall came out with it is the chronological life application study Bible, and so it's

laid out in a beautiful way where it takes you from the very beginning to the end as if it's one big story in the timeline that it actually happened.

And so even when it comes to like when one story is told by different people they actually put it all together and it'll show you like when there's parallels and you'll get all the scripture right beside each other so you can just take in that one story all at once, which I find really beautiful, but it's also a study Bible.

So when you read a scripture, there's additional context to that scripture.

There's a ton of like pictures and graphs and different explanations and ways that you can apply the scripture to your life which I find super beneficial

So even if you have like your normal go-to Bible that you journal in and do all your stuff in, I found it

really helpful to have this study Bible alongside of my normal Bible just to get that additional context and richness out of.

It's really easy to just read scripture but not actually like know the context and really dive into like what

does this mean this Jewish word mean and everything else so I just love how

they've really pulled out all the richness of the text and just laid it out there for you.
