We'll sort of unpack that in this show.

I found it really helpful, Kyle, you wrote this article and the title is called When the Beef Cooks. Now if people have watched the show they might think that we were using our pellet grill and we were cooking the beef.

But what does this phrase mean? Let's start with that one.

When the beef cooks, what does that mean?

I'm not recommending this song, but it is a old mob deep song that I was listening to when we're out in the Arizona desert and

when the beef cooks is like Martin Luther's old phrase as being where the battle is raging.

So when the beef cooks off, it's where it's where the fight is currently taking place.

Yeah, and so it's really helpful as we start to unpack this conversation.
