I'm Father Chris Alar. It is an honor to have you with us. We've gotten a ton of snow here. My car thermometer said 14 degrees. I don't know if that's accurate or not.

And so we didn't think we'd have anybody here, but we got some great people who showed up.

We got Lizette and Shane who came all the way, drove two and a half hours to get here in the snow and flew in from California. So praise me to God that we have a great, great people here. And actually, God bless Brother Mark, everything that the devil wants to end here. We got locked out of the choir loft and Brother Mark

couldn't get back in to the choir loft. The battery went dead on the lock. He couldn't get in.

So he gets a ladder and climbed up the top of the choir loft, jumped up into the choir loft to get up.

So many, many blessings to all of you are part of this uh trying to get this broadcast so god bless you

let us begin with the prayer in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit

amen heavenly father we ask through the grace of the incarnation the word made flesh that you will

give us so much mercy and grace this season to turn from our ways,

to leave behind vices, embrace the virtues, and imitate Christ our Lord through the example of

Mary, the disciple.

And we ask that this be, for those who go without, especially in this Christmas season,

that this be a time of consolation.
