All right, so we're going to dive into something here and I am pro-Gen Z. Let me state that right out of the gate.

Love Gen Z. I'm raising three of them. So spare me the over sensitivity if you can possibly be over sensitive about what I'm

about to say because I'm actually going to be waving the Gen Z flag. I am pro Gen Z. Gen Z what I'm about to say if you watch

this this is not your fault.

Is that sensitive enough?

I mean that.

Like, I'm not, like, what I'm about to say is not a critique of Gen Z.

It is a commentary to those of us who have parented, who are parenting, and who are leading Gen Z.

There's nothing wrong with the generation. There's not. They got unique challenges and I'm gonna lay out what I believe are the two primary reasons, primary, I think you could delineate all kinds of stuff here,

but these are the two primary reasons at Gen Z is not prepared as well as they should be for life after high school.

Okay? That's what we're going to take on. And again, let me say it one more time.

This is not a critique of JinZ.

It's not their fault.

And I'm going to say to you all who are in JinZ, it's not your fault. And if this feels like an attack, you aren't listening to me.

Because I'm going to tell you what the problems are and what the solutions are.
