| 1:08.8 | Well, I'm very excited to chat to you because meditation is something that really helps me with my day-to-day life and who better to speak to than you about meditation. But I was wondering, is meditation being something that you brought up with? How did you first get into it? |

| 1:29.4 | religion or any sort of spiritual practice at all. In fact, I kind of thought it was all a bit weird, |
| 1:34.1 | I have to be honest. And, you know, I learned to meditate when it was a bit more weird. I mean, |
| 1:40.3 | it's much more mainstream now. You know, you have apps and you have mindfulness and all sorts of things out there that's sort of in the mainstream that were not around. |
