We actually got snowed out of our last podcast, or iced out, I guess,

since our last one which is a little long for us these days and that reason

actually is because of ice. We you could not make it here so we have a valid excuse.

Couldn't safely get out of the driveway although I did throw in the yach tracks and go for a run yesterday.

So you could do that but you couldn't.

I wasn't going to run all the way over here.

So anyway, we, I'm excited about this episode. This is a topic that is interesting to me for, not because it's about parenting because it's I don't want to do a parenting

podcast just because so many people aren't parents who listen to us I don't think but

it's about it's kind of based on a blog post that I wrote a while ago called
