We are always on the ball here, but not just any ball, skating to where the puck is headed, or the ball is headed, not to where it's been.

And that's what I want to discuss this Wednesday. Obviously, at the federal level, things are dumpster fire. We'll continue to cover it, but Johnson just announced that there's going to be no moderate Medicaid reforms, and even

the minor ones, don't worry, the Senate rhinos will blow up. That's what he told them.

And as you well know, if he's saying that, that means that it's all done at a minimum with

the permission, but more likely at the behest

of the Trump administration.

So, I mean, we're not getting anywhere there.

So then we're left with the states.

So we're going to go through just a little bit of a rundown of what some of the states

have done.

It's not all bad.

We've done some good things in some states.

But what that demonstrates is how swiftly you could pass things with GOP supermajorities

if we only did all of the good things we want to do on all the issues, which we

should because there shouldn't be any limitations. Yet we underperform so many of these

states. A lot of them were passing bad things. But even in areas where we get a couple good

things across, but why should that be the minimum?

A little bit on immigration enforcement, a little bit on medical freedom, we should do a lot better.
