| 0:33.2 | It's Monday, July 28, 2014. From slate, it's the gist I'm Mike Pasca. So every Sunday in the |
| 0:38.8 | New York Times, they'll say, huge story. It's in the middle of the front page and then you go and |
| 0:43.1 | then you find it's 17 pages inside, usually only two pages. I don't read all of those huge |
| 0:48.1 | stories because I find that if I don't read them and they're really important somehow I get to |

| 1:27.4 | but they talked about who made up the panel that investigates rapes on campus and one was the |
| 1:32.3 | vice president of human resources. One was a assistant professor of psychology and the third |
| 1:37.7 | person on the panel was the woman who ran the bookstore because quote, she had expressed an |
| 1:44.4 | interest in serving on the panel. So that stood out to me. Now yesterday there was about the guy |
| 1:50.6 | and the family that owned the ferry that collapsed in South Korea. Guy named you, you, |
| 1:55.5 | young, you, and they would call him Mr. you and he was this millionaire, but he was mostly known as |
| 2:00.2 | sort of a cult leader in South Korea. They've tried to arrest him and there were all these details. |
