Hey, friends. What's going on? Welcome to the astrosyl. I'm Krayalin. You are you. And as always,

0:08.1

it is wonderful to be here speaking with you in this moment of time. Today on the show, I'm going to

0:14.4

talk about something that comes up quite a lot. And that is beginning to worry when things start

0:22.3

going good in your life. This is a really common thing that people experience because what happens

0:28.4

is that they work towards something positive, some type of constructive upgrade in their life,

1:41.5

States of Change model that walks you through the different States of Change whenever you're

1:48.4

looking to grow and make a development in your life. And as I said, it starts earlier than we

1:57.6

realize because there is a pre-contemplation stage, which means that we're living our lives without

2:04.7

any awareness of needing to change anything, just kind of living on autopilot and drifting.

2:12.4

The next stage is the contemplation stage. That's where we become aware of something

2:18.0

that we want to change and begin thinking about it. We imagine what it would be like if we were

2:24.3

to change something in our lives. We think about how we might do that. And interestingly,
