I've got a great guest for you on the show today. Sean Carroll. Sean is a theoretical physicist and a philosopher who specializes in quantum mechanics, gravity and cosmology.

He's also an author who's written many, many books and he has a new and out called the biggest ideas in the universe.

Sean and I had a great talk about the universe really and I think that's a really valuable thing to think about.

And I go into this a little bit in the podcast that thinking really big and really expanding your perspective to think about what life is, how we exist in this universe, what it means to be alive.
