Thank you for joining us again. This is our second podcast this week.

I know many of you enjoyed my rant earlier on, so we'll continue ranting away.

But this time I got my colleague, Joe Koss, back with me for our regular scheduled podcast.

Everyone's talking about the elections and everyone's talking about the smut and the dirt being flown back and forth.

The problem is we don't get to have a mature discussion about what is really elling our country,

about the constitutional crisis we're in, the war on religious liberty, some of the big major issues.

That's what I want to discuss today.

In particular, I want to focus on part of the narrative we've been bringing up on many of these podcasts.

Joe and I about the threat of the court to democracy.
