Sometimes I like to head to the backyard and run around in my bare feet.

It's fun to feel the grass beneath my toes and become one with the land

with no barriers between my body and the earth.

But towards the end of my time outside, wow did my feet get dirty.

And sometimes if there's a rock in the grass my foot gets cut. Now hear me out. Horses are

outside like all the time. Is that why they wear shoes? I mean not shoes like ours, but those U-shaped things attach to their hoops.

They can't take them off by themselves, so do they like wearing them?
