mishandling classified material as the Justice Department continues to punish our president's enemies,

a federal grand jury in Maryland handing down an 18-count indictment charging Bolton with emailing 1,000 pages

of classified documents to family members in 2018 and 2019 while Bolton served in the White House

as our national security advisor. According to the New York Times, those two family members lacked security clearance,

and the email servers were not encrypted,

while Bolton sent documents through both his AOL and Google email accounts.

The 18 felony counts fall under violations of the Espionage Act and have found guilty on

all of them. Bolton, 76, could spend the rest of his life in prison. And on today's show,

I'll tell you why that's a good thing, why he deserves to go to prison. According to the indictment, Bolton emailed classified documents to family members who were assisting

him in writing his memoirs, which means Bolton began writing his book while serving as our nation's

national security advisor.

Leticia James. After Virginia's U.S. attorney refused to pursue Comey and Lettisha James, Trump replaced

him with Lindsey Halligan, a former Trump defense lawyer.
