And I'm Antonia Dodge. A podcasts ago I made a comment which could be totally

completely erroneous I'm not sure I still haven't figured out whether or not I was

wrong and and I'm hoping after this podcast if I was wrong somebody can let me

know exactly how I was wrong that's my goal or that's one of the things I hope

it merges from this I'm sure someone listening is going to be

very excited about this idea. Oh there's going to be a bunch of TI's out there. They're like, I'm ready to go. Tell me what you want me to tell you you're

wrong on. A few podcasts ago we were talking about feedback and our response to it and

we've actually had a lot of podcasts lately about feedback and how we're

going to like what our relationship with feedback is going to be because I think for at least me

And I know the further we get along in our process,

both business-wise and personally,

my ability to handle feedback was a big deal and if you I mean if you're

familiar with the podcast you know that I I believe I am in the ENCCP in the Meyersburg system.

As an ENCP, it means my 10-year-old process

cognitive function is extroverted feeling or harmony.

And what that means for me is that I have a tendency to get a little raw around people not liking me and approving of me.

And I've done a lot of work to get out of that place and on a normal day-to-day interactive level I've actually for the most

part transcended this need for everybody in my life to like me or love me or you know

be on board with the Antonio boat and as you scale up and get bigger
