So let me give you some context on this one because Neil and I have been talking about this behind the

scenes, but I read something yesterday where Disney, so Bob Eiger, Disney,

is actually having people come back four days a week

And he's basically saying, look, man,

like we're a creative company,

and this is just how we do things.

Like it's impossible to kind of have creativity,

And I think Neil and I've certainly seen that struggle
