If you're a course seller or a guru or whatever, it's just slowly becoming worth nothing. And I just look at the history of it. It's like, dude, people used to sell $1,000 courses, you know, seven years ago. Yeah, right. You ain't selling a thousand dollar a course anymore. Yeah. Then, you know, there was group coaching and group coaching was $10,000, $20,000. I was like, dude, people don't want to pay for that anymore. Yep.

0:01.5

So. you know there was group coaching and group coaching was 10,000 dollars 20, like dude people don't

0:22.1

want to pay for that anymore yeah so you know then what becomes left if if there's so much

0:27.9

amazing content on youtube so many amazing podcasts like this um the education's not the hard part

0:34.1

anymore yeah like information is free chat will tell you then where do you derive value? And in my opinion, it comes from two things. As far as being like an educator. One is providing the services that they're going to use regardless. So for us, we do this on the real estate side through lead generation, through CRMs, softwares, and lending. So we give them all the things they would buy anyways. Yep. And then the education's like free. Sure. And then the other side of it would be, I guess there would be three things. So the second one would be implementation. So you actually do help them implement it. It's not like, I'm going to just teach you.

1:11.3

Right.

1:11.7

Hey, we're going to work with you. I'm going to help. I'm going to look at your thumbnail, your title, whatever. And then the third would be experiences. And I think experiences are what's really going to grow. That's why I started like, you know, our new golf mastermind because I'm making a big bet on that. Yeah, that's why there's, like, CXOs chief experience officers didn't even exist until around,

1:32.8

I think, 2007. And now that is a role that's increasing even more because of experience.

1:38.1

I actually disagree with you, though. I think that the info space, people are still selling

1:42.3

$1,000 courses and more.

1:46.1

And I think they will continue.

1:51.6

But what I would agree with is when you say you're selling a course, I would agree that that's dead.

1:52.3

I think what you're selling, the only moats are you're selling transformation.

1:58.0

If your course, and to your point, probably with a cohort and with the coaching that

2:04.4

is involved and with the community that surrounds it and with the identification of a process of

2:10.1

where you are and what result it delivers for you well then in one sense that becomes your offer

2:16.2

yeah to your point like your your course it's like just a dead, well, an information-based

2:21.7

course can now be stolen and duplicated.

2:24.9

Yeah.

2:25.2

But the experience of your brand.

2:28.5

And so I think-

2:29.1

And the implementations, what you're talking about.
