Why breakfast isn't the most important meal of the day for everyone? If you've been reading this blog for any amount of time,

0:24.6

you know I'm always interested in exploring those time-tested bits of advice,

0:28.6

those old wives' tales, that folk wisdom handed down generation over generation,

1:46.1

consistent basis. My productivity is high, I'm happy with my physical performance and ability to

1:52.1

recover, and I don't stress over food because I'm just not hungry. It makes things easier overall.
