I want you to think about the last time you found yourself on the receiving end of somebody's

baggage.

They had a bad day or they're having an issue, whatever, so they snap at you or deliver

some critical feedback in a way that's unnecessary.

You try to brush it off, but you can't.

And if this happens enough at work, it can really build up and you're walking around

all linty.

So what does absorbing all of this negative energy really do to us and our organizations?
