our employers, where we don't feel supported or like there's room for us to grow.

It's pretty easy to identify a bad job and to pinpoint the things that make it unfulfilling.

And even though I doubt most CEOs or company founders set their ambitions on creating companies

with terrible work environments, there are all too many companies out there with reputations

for being bad places to work.

So we know what a bad job feels like, but what does a good job feel like?
